About The Position

This is a contractor role for a Generalist Writer. The position is remote and open to candidates in the US and Western Europe. The scope of work involves reviewing and assessing written content and AI-generated responses for accuracy, coherence, completeness, and overall quality. The writer will evaluate adherence to instructions by comparing written outputs against detailed guidelines and defined criteria. They will deliver clear, actionable written feedback with a strong focus on precision, consistency, and objective assessment. The role requires identifying discrepancies, ambiguities, factual issues, or areas for improvement within written responses and systematically documenting findings using provided evaluation tools, guidelines, and reporting formats. The engagement begins with a four-week initial sprint, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. Candidates must be available to start immediately and commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the engagement.

Requirements

• Native US English speaker with exceptional command of grammar, syntax, tone, and written communication.
• Demonstrated expertise in professional writing, editing, proofreading, content review, or other writing-intensive roles.
• Acute attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle issues, inconsistencies, and errors in written material.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong focus on clarity and precision.
• Comfortable following detailed guidelines and applying evaluation criteria consistently across a high volume of work.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to objectively assess information and provide concise, constructive feedback.
• Immediate availability and ability to commit at least 20 hours per week while maintaining consistently high-quality outputs.
