About The Position

Successful employees are responsible for various roles and duties within the Curing department such as brining/smoking/slicing/cooking/packaging food product, boxing and stacking product, verifying quality and accuracy of products, all while making People Safety and Food Safety the number one priority.

Requirements

• Willingness & ability to drive a forklift consistent with company standards
• Ability to use a computer to complete job-related tasks
• Ability to perform repetitive hand & wrist motion throughout a shift
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50+lbs as required throughout the course of a shift
• Ability to twist and bend the body as necessary to perform job related tasks
• Ability to kneel/squat/climb as necessary to complete job related tasks
• Ability to perform grasping & pinching motions to complete job-related tasks
• Must be immediately placed on a 90-day probationary period
• Attendance and performance are closely monitored during probation
• Management reserves the right to move an employee to a different open position anywhere in our facility to meet the needs of the business during probation
