About The Position
The City of Tshwane has embarked on an initiative to improve and expand access to healthcare services through contracting personnel to render services to communities and households. This initiative is in support of the National Health Insurance (NHI) pilot project that aims to improve access to high-quality public sector healthcare services. This is a three-year contract position for a General Worker to render cleaning and support services at clinics in a defined geographic area.
Requirements
- Ability to perform duties
- Basic literacy
- Physical fitness and health
- Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost
Nice To Haves
- Related general worker experience in the health sector will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Rendering a cleaning service

- Performing general ad hoc tasks as requested by the supervisor
