General Warehouse Worker
About The Position
We are currently hiring Warehouse Workers for multiple departments within our facility. Opportunities are available in both our Boxing/Production Room and General Warehouse. Schedules, pay, and job duties vary by department. Boxing Room / Production Warehouse Worker Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–1:30 PM Pay: $19.00/hour Job Duties: Work directly with raw protein products in a refrigerated production environment Cut, portion, and prepare products Assemble, package, box, and label products Prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform additional production and warehouse duties as needed General Warehouse Worker Available Schedules: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–11:00 PM Pay: $20.00/hour Job Duties: Load and unload products and materials Move and transport products throughout the warehouse Build, organize, and stage pallets Wrap and secure pallets for storage or shipment Perform lumping and general material-handling duties Stage products in designated areas for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Basic math skills
- Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent on facility
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
