Wilson Sporting Goods is hiring for Direct Hire General Warehouse Worker opportunities at our Mt. Juliet Warehouse. Requirements

Ability to prioritize workload effectively and meet deadlines.
Ability to work the 2nd shift work schedule: Monday through Friday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM CT.
Requires schedule flexibility, as dictated by business demand and available resources including overtime at times.
Must be 18 years or older.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
Ability to count accurately and efficiently.
Ability to focus on details. Accuracy is a must.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.

Responsibilities

Participates in the daily activities and operations of the Mount Juliet Distribution Warehouse.
Verifies quantity, quality, and labeling of outgoing goods per customer order.
Ensures all customer orders have shipping labels and are packed to customer specifications.
Selects and processes materials and cartons.
Picks and fills customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
Organizes and retrieves stock in the warehouse.
Handles routine needs that arise in the shipping department.
Identifies and maintains necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.
Inspects equipment, performs daily checklists, and communicates any deficiencies to supervision.
Continually meets production efficiency levels.
Maintains quality of work (Accuracy is key).
Works independently and in a team environment, willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary (flexibility is a must).
Consistently works scheduled shifts and is on time to comply with company attendance policy.
Picks and packs products for shipment.
Labels boxes with accurate product information and/or shipping details.
Ensures all products are stored safely and securely.
Trains new associates on VAS tasks.
Sweeps and maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Follows all safety procedures and guidelines.
Reports any unsafe work conditions that might occur.
Performs other duties as required.
