About The Position

This position performs various warehouse duties, including picking, staging, loading, repackaging, putting away, and transporting orders according to company standards. The schedule is full-time, with various workday schedules. The day shift starts at 6:00 AM and continues until the workload is complete. The position is located near I-17 and Thomas Road. Employees must be available to work with departmental demands, including regular overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, and must work in temperature-controlled zones ranging from -5°F to ambient temperature.

Requirements

Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
Three months or more of related experience.
Availability to work with department demands, including regular overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in temperature-controlled zones ranging from -5°F to ambient temperature.
Ability to regularly stand and walk; reach and handle objects, tools, or controls; and sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Pallet jack and picking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Read production labels, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, repacked, disposed of, or distributed.
Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
Sort and place items on carts, pallets, shelves, racks, bins, or boxes according to the desired sequence.
Ensure materials are properly labeled.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
