About The Position
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a General Warehouse Lumper position in Garland, TX. This role involves unloading and handling furniture shipments, requiring heavy lifting and physical endurance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy furniture (50–100 lbs)
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Must be able to work early morning shifts and overtime as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or lumper experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Load and unload furniture from trucks and containers
- Move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse
- Perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) consistently throughout the shift
- Assist with staging and preparing items for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
