About The Position

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring for seasonal General Warehouse Laborers for their Back to School 2026 peak season. This role is crucial to the company's Global Supply Chain, which serves as the backbone of the company and a key to its success. The Distribution Centers are vital connections between factories and customers worldwide. The Supply Chain environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a rapidly expanding network. This position offers opportunities for gaining new skills and advancement within the Supply Chain Organization.

Requirements

• Current High School Status / High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be at least 17 years old
• High level of problem-solving skills
• Enthusiasm for working on a team
• Flexibility to work alternate shifts during high volume/peak season
• Commitment to a safe workplace
• Ability to identify thread color and threading needles on machines (Machine Operators Only)
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Ability to perform prolonged standing
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment (No climate control)
• Ability to work in tight spaces
• Ability to walk up & down stairs throughout the shift in some cases
