Requirements
- HS diploma or GED
- 1+ years’ operating warehouse equipment
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius while wearing company provided PPE and freezer gear
- Ability to tolerate heights up to 50 ft and be able to access elevated product from inside safety cage
- Pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment. Additionally, employees in this role may be subject to random drug testing and testing based on reasonable suspicion.

Responsibilities
- Manually unload and load products on and off containers or pallets.
- Manually wrap or operate a shrink-wrap machine to securely prepare products for shipment.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Operate deslat equipment.
- Pick, pack, count, label, and stage products according to customer and company requirements.
- Apply labels to the appropriate cases and products.
- Document and report product or material damage and other issues to the supervisor and follow instructions to resolve the issue.
- Complete equipment inspection forms.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse support activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all product handling, safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
