About The Position
We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Marengo, Ohio. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our key departments: Shipping, Receiving, or Order Selection.
Requirements
- No certifications required – just a strong work ethic.
- Safety Mindset – 100% Commitment.
- Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. Lift up to 500 boxes or more per hour.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8–12 hours per shift.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
- Dependability and team spirit.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse experience, preferred, not required.
Responsibilities
- Unload trailers, check in product, and palletize merchandise all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
- Meet production goals.
- Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
- Use a voice-pick headset system to select boxes
- Place labels on boxes and move them to the conveyor belt all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe
