About The Position

HSHS is seeking a Diagnostic/Medical/Vascular Sonographer. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven individuals comfortable working independently with all age groups using a variety of imaging equipment and systems. Candidates with experience or interest in Breast Imaging are preferred. New grads welcome to apply. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 32. Requirements

Graduate of or currently enrolled in an allied health program is required.
Certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) from the American Registry of Diagnostic Sonographers (ARDMS) or a Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) is required.
OR must be eligible to sit for the RVT or RVS exam AND must obtain registry within 6 months of hire.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Nice To Haves

Candidates with experience or interest in Breast Imaging are preferred.
Associates degree in allied health, applied science or completion of certificate/training program is preferred.
Experience in ultrasound/sonography preferred.

Responsibilities

Imaging Focus: Diagnostic/Medical/Vascular
Core Function: Imaging
Schedule: 32 hours weekly - varied start times between 6am-8:30am (8 hour shifts), on call every 4th weekend, holiday rotation
Facility: St. Clare Hospital but to cover at St. Vincent Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital as well when needed
Location: Oconto Falls, and Green Bay, WI
