About The Position

Performs general maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities. This role involves performing general repairs that do not require a specialized technician, such as repairing drywall, painting, and fixing doors and other building fixtures. It also includes performing routine maintenance on building systems and assisting with the general upkeep of facilities through cleaning, mowing, weed eating, and sweeping. The position may also involve other related projects and assignments as business needs dictate.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Regular attendance is required during your scheduled shift.
• Must be able to work in hot, cold, wet, humid, dusty, and foggy working conditions depending on the weather.
• Must be able to work in all positions (overhead, kneeling, reaching, crawling & working in small workspaces).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Regular Class “E” Driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Related experience preferred.
