About The Position

This position involves general food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in a food service environment. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, following safety regulations and providing excellent customer service. The schedule is Monday to Friday, according to the school calendar, with specific weeks off during the summer. There is a possibility of continuing employment in September, to be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

• General food preparation in the kitchen
• Salad preparation
• Portioning desserts
• Food setup (mise en place)
• Operating the cash register
• Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with dishwashing
• Stocking shelves and refrigerators
• Cleaning service areas
• Assisting during service
• Following established safety regulations
• Performing any other related duties as required
