About The Position

Aramark is currently seeking a General Help employee for the Hydro-Québec food service operation in Québec City. This role involves performing general food preparation duties, assisting with daily operations, customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Customer service oriented.
• Must complete and pass a criminal background check and, if required by the operation, a Vulnerable Sector Screening.

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 2 years of experience in food service or the restaurant industry.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset, as some of our clients are English-speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform general food preparation duties in the kitchen.
• Complete daily mise en place and workstation setup.
• Assist with lunch service.
• Operate the cash register.
• Stock and replenish refrigerators.
• Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties.
• Help receive and put away orders and deliveries.
• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in the general cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen.
• Follow all established safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as required.
