Requirements

Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management
Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
Ensures security of company assets
May deliver food trucks to floors.
Determines method of storage, identification and stock location considering temperature, humidity, height and weight limits, turnover, and floor loading capacities and required space and other proper storage procedures.
Prepares periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock and compiles reports of use of stock.
Accepts, rejects, or notes discrepancies of products when not in compliance with standards.
Places all food, supply, and smallwares orders for the Food and Nutrition Department
Takes and records temperatures on incoming orders.
Unloads deliveries and places stock in the storeroom, floors, or refrigerators/freezers.
Maintains all storage areas so that they are clean and organized
Disposes of trash and garbage in an appropriate manner as needed.
Adheres to all departmental sanitation procedures.
Adheres to all established systems and training programs to provide a safe environment.
