Responsibilities

Assist machine operators in setting up, monitoring, and operating converting equipment.
Ensure smooth flow of materials into and out of machines.
Respond promptly to equipment jams or malfunctions under supervision.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
Transport materials within the facility using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
Ensure that products meet company quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness in the work area by sweeping, removing debris, and disposing of waste materials.
Follow sanitation protocols to comply with company and regulatory standards.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals.
Communicate effectively regarding operational status or any required assistance.
Perform additional tasks orְ responsibilities as requested by the supervisor to support departmental or company operations.
