The General Utility/Dishwasher is responsible for properly washing and storing all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups, and small equipment for the kitchen. This role also assists in portioning, peeling, and cleaning food as requested. The General Utility maintains the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner and is responsible for cleaning the dining room, including lavatories and common areas. The overarching role is to make “Raving Fans” of Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities in which the company does business.
