General Technician
About The Position
Currently turning wrenches at Oil Changers, Valvoline, or Jiffy Lube? If you've got 2–3 years of experience with oil and fluid exchanges in a fast-paced shop, we want to talk to you — and we're ready to invest in taking your career to the next level. You'll step straight into an accelerated, hands-on training program alongside our ASE-certified technicians, learning brakes, alignments, tires, and suspension work from the ground up. Earn your ASE certification in brakes and suspension within your first 90 days 100% company-paid — we cover all training costs and pay you for your training time. Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience with oil and fluid exchanges in a fast-paced shop
- High energy
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Genuine passion for vehicles
- Self-directed — comfortable keeping pace in a busy, fast-moving shop
- Takes pride in a clean, safe workspace and pitches in as part of the team
- Available for weekend and some holiday shifts
Responsibilities
