Riverview Regional Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC General Surgeon to join our team in Gadsden, Alabama. This is a hospital-employed opportunity focusing on bread and butter general surgery, with a preference for candidates with oncology experience. There are no robotics available at this time. The position involves shared call and the office is located in Gadsden, one hour from Birmingham. The surgeon will cover only one hospital.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board eligible or board certified in general surgery
- Able to obtain and maintain an unrestricted medical and DEA license in the state of Alabama
Nice To Haves
- Oncology experience preferred
