Requirements

• Journeyman or Master License
• 5+ years of leadership experience in the industrial electrical field
• Knowledge of NEC requirements and strong trade skills
• Able to pass background / drug test
• Valid driver's license / clean MVR

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and implement daily manpower, inventory material, tools, and equipment
• Educate crew members and peers on NEC compliance & installation efficiencies
• Monitor and manage field production and implement paths to improvement. Quality vs. Quantity
• Entry level utilization of financial data to improve profitability. Purchase regulates and control material inventory
• Strong industrial project experience
