Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of field management of multiple crews and subcontractors
Must have Class B License
Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Common Scheduling Programs a plus
Civil construction experience and equipment knowledge
Solid written and oral communication skills.
Strong leadership qualities.
Ability to communicate with the CEI of the project.
Proficiency with industry practices, processes and standards
OSHA requirements and other legal restrictions.

Responsibilities

Development of look ahead schedules in conjunction with project schedule
Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule
Hold Jobsite Progress Meetings.
Ability to schedule in house crews and subcontractors.
Must be competent at performing complete and accurate project take offs
Enforce company safety regulations
