Requirements

10+ years of progressive mechanical, plumbing, or industrial construction experience
Plumbing and or piping experience
Proven success leading complex projects, multiple crews, and field leaders
Deep expertise in labor planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, cost, and project execution
Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments
A track record of developing people and building accountable teams

Responsibilities

Own field execution from preconstruction and mobilization through commissioning and turnover
Turn project strategy into action across labor, schedule, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Lead and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and high-performing craft teams
Partner with Project Management and Operations to solve problems before they impact the field
Leverage prefabrication, technology, and planning to improve productivity and execution
Set the standard for safety, quality, accountability, and craftsmanship
Build trusted relationships with customers, GCs, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners
