Requirements

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to push, pull, and carry 50lbs frequently.
Skilled at operating equipment such as an order picker and forklift.
Ability to pass the Behler-Young Hilo Certification.
Outstanding driving skills.
Flexibility in schedule to help cover vacations for coworkers.

Responsibilities

Move boxes from where they are to where they need to go, focusing on efficiency, organization, and customer service.
Safely operate forklifts or other equipment to assist in moving materials and products.
Perform consistent quality checks of materials and document discrepancies.
Assist in the spindle administration process.
Assist drivers with jobsite delivery, including carrying products from truck to delivery site, or running a delivery with a van or pickup truck as requested.
Assist supervisor with special projects and tasks as requested.
