About The Position

Cenveo, a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes with over 100 years of experience, is immediately hiring for a 2nd shift General Service Worker/Stockhandler for its envelope manufacturing facility in Cleveland, OH. The role involves material handling, assembling cartons, stocking packing stations, and managing product movement. The position requires the ability to operate various machinery and adhere to safety regulations.

Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to operate shipping department machinery
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Complies with safety rules and regulations
Ability to lift up to/push pull 55 pounds on a skid with hand truck/pallet jack.
Manual dexterity required; operate hand truck, pallet jack, or forklift.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a manufacturing/shipping experience a plus

Responsibilities

Use of different lifts and hand truck/pallet jack to perform material handling duties.
Receives packing order; Assembles cartons/boxes and stocks packing station.
Removes product from conveyor and manually stacks onto skids or pallets.
Manually load raw materials or finished product on skid or hand truck.
Keeps record of boxes on production tickets/log sheets; reports discrepancies.
Other duties as assigned/required.
Operate shipping department machinery.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Complies with safety rules and regulations.
