About The Position

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians for their state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is considered the backbone of the business, offering competitive, guaranteed base compensation plus significant weekly bonus payments. No prior experience is needed as the company provides paid training to teach everything required for the role. General Service Technicians are responsible for installing new tires and wheels and performing various tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to ensure customer vehicle safety. Technicians will earn weekly bonus payments for each service performed, in addition to their hourly rate.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
• Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels
