Midas - General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube)
About The Position
Join Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, as a full-time General Service Technician. This role is based in a state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Washington, PA. As a General Service Technician, you are crucial to the business, responsible for installing new tires and wheels, and performing various tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to ensure customer vehicle safety. The position offers competitive guaranteed base compensation plus significant weekly bonus potential. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive paid training will be provided to teach you everything needed for the role.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
- Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus
