About The Position
Midas, part of the Mavis Tire Family and the world's largest Midas franchisee (Auto Systems Centers), is seeking full-time General Service Technicians for its state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Dayton, OH. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the automotive industry, as no prior experience is required, and paid training is provided. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
- Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Install new tires and wheels
- Perform tire services (rotations, balancing, and flat repairs)
- Provide best-in-class automotive service
