About The Position

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking a full-time General Service Technician for their state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Middletown, OH. This role is crucial as the backbone of the business, offering competitive guaranteed base compensation plus additional earning potential through significant weekly bonus payments. The company provides paid training, so no prior experience is needed. General Service Technicians install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to ensure customer vehicles operate safely. Technicians receive weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed, in addition to their guaranteed hourly rate.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Perform tire services including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
