About The Position

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians for their state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Syracuse, NY. This role is crucial as General Service Technicians install new tires and wheels, and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to ensure customer vehicles operate safely. The position offers a unique opportunity for individuals with no prior experience, as comprehensive paid training will be provided. Technicians will receive guaranteed base pay plus significant weekly bonus potential tied to every service performed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willing to train motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Perform tire services including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
