About The Position

Driver’s Edge is seeking a General Service Technician to join their team. The position offers competitive pay, with a starting range of $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience. A State Inspector License is a plus.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays (with Sundays off).

Nice To Haves

• Some knowledge of basic automotive systems.
• State Inspector License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive experience.
• High level of motivation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire mounting, dismounting, balancing & rotation.
• Conduct oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance.
• Perform multi-point inspections and document vehicle conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
• Drive vehicles safely and courteously, obeying all traffic laws.
• Pick up parts and supplies.
• Transport customers as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns to the direct supervisor.
• Support team members with other assigned tasks.
• Adhere to Sun Auto’s core values and company policies.
