Requirements
- Enrolled in a Auto mechanic or Auto Repair program through school
- Interest in building a career in automotive repair
- Must possess a valid US Drivers License, be insurable on Company insurance policy, and possess the ability to drive a vehicle with passengers and perform drivability assessments
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to perform inspections and follow service procedures
- Willingness to learn digital vehicle inspections (DVI) and shop systems
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Previous professional automotive or mechanical experience is required
- Having a basic set of your own tools is required
Nice To Haves
- Training in Flush services
- Training in Steering and suspension inspections and repair
- Training in Brakes and braking systems inspections and repair
- Training in Basic electrical systems
- ASE Prep for A4 and A5
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services
- Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVI) to identify vehicle needs
- Install and service wiper blades, bulbs, filters, and fluids
- Perform tire rotations, tire repairs, and basic tire service
- Assist with TPMS service and tire installations
- Support technicians with vehicle inspections and shop workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
