Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Auto mechanic or Auto Repair program through school
  • Interest in building a career in automotive repair
  • Must possess a valid US Drivers License, be insurable on Company insurance policy, and possess the ability to drive a vehicle with passengers and perform drivability assessments
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Ability to perform inspections and follow service procedures
  • Willingness to learn digital vehicle inspections (DVI) and shop systems
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Previous professional automotive or mechanical experience is required
  • Having a basic set of your own tools is required

Nice To Haves

  • Training in Flush services
  • Training in Steering and suspension inspections and repair
  • Training in Brakes and braking systems inspections and repair
  • Training in Basic electrical systems
  • ASE Prep for A4 and A5

Responsibilities

  • Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services
  • Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVI) to identify vehicle needs
  • Install and service wiper blades, bulbs, filters, and fluids
  • Perform tire rotations, tire repairs, and basic tire service
  • Assist with TPMS service and tire installations
  • Support technicians with vehicle inspections and shop workflow
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
