About The Position

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking a full-time General Service Technician for their service, repair, and tire center in Lakewood, OH. This role is crucial as the backbone of the business, involving tire and wheel installation, rotations, balancing, and flat repairs. The position offers competitive, guaranteed base compensation with additional earning potential through weekly bonus payments. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive paid training will be provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Willing to train motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Perform tire services including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Keep customers' vehicles operating safely.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service.
