About The Position

Pioneer Automotive is seeking a professional, motivated, and reliable General Service/Lube Technician at its Denton, Texas, location in the Dallas area. General Service Technicians perform basic repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and continually improve their skills. The position offers industry-leading pay and a signing bonus of up to $2,000, depending on ASE certifications and mechanical experience.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance, including oil changes, tire services, and vehicle inspections.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform work safely and accurately.
• Dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and provide quality service.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a General Service or Lube Technician.
• ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard repairs on all makes and models of vehicles.
• Perform quality inspections and recommend necessary services.
• Perform auto repairs and maintenance, including oil changes, tire installation, alignments, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
