About The Position

The Landmark Automotive Group is seeking a high-performing Ford Certified General Sales Manager (GSM) to assist in leading their sales department. Working closely with the General Manager, the GSM will help to oversee new and used vehicle sales, finance (F&I), and internet sales teams. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of volume growth, high profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction scores. Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of automotive GSM or strong Sales Manager experience.
  • Proficiency with VinSolutions, Reynolds & Reynolds, or CDK systems.
  • Strong ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Clean credit and valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and motivate sales managers, advisors, and F&I staff.
  • Optimize new Ford allocations and used car turn rates.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet gross profit goals.
  • Track daily dealership performance, CRM data, and market trends.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Ford corporate sales standards and compliance.
  • Maintain top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index scores per Ford guidelines.
