The compensation for this role is $120,000-$180,000+, comprised of a base salary and an additional bonus structure. The final pay will depend on factors such as experience and education. This role is for strong, energetic, people-focused leaders who will help redefine the car-buying experience. The primary role of the General Sales Manager is to operationally manage and drive the success of the new and used car departments through developing sales consultants, working with third-party vendors, and achieving monthly sales quotas. This position floats between both new and used cars.
