About The Position
Radiology Partners Bluegrass is seeking a daytime General Radiologist with light procedural skills to join its collaborative practice serving the Lexington, Kentucky region. The position supports two established hospitals and offers a broad diagnostic case mix in a physician-led environment with modern imaging technology, AI tools, APP support, and streamlined workflows. Clinical work includes general diagnostic interpretation across CT, MRI, ultrasound, neuro, and body imaging, along with light procedures such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, biopsies, and fluoroscopy. The radiologist will collaborate with advanced practice providers, participate in a team focused on quality and efficiency, and may contribute to leadership and operational improvement initiatives. The role has a weekday schedule of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, with no call, weekends, or nights. The posting describes optional on-site or hybrid flexibility, a one-year pathway to partnership, production incentives, and opportunities for additional income through moonlighting. Requirements
- Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABR or AOBR.
- Eligible for Kentucky medical licensure.

Responsibilities
- Interpret general diagnostic radiology studies across CT, MRI, ultrasound, neuro, and body imaging.
- Perform light procedures, including thoracentesis, paracentesis, biopsies, and fluoroscopy.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers to support workflow.
- Interpret studies across two established hospital sites in the Lexington region.
- Participate in a team-based environment focused on quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to leadership and operational improvement initiatives as opportunities arise.
