About The Position
This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Long periods of standing, walking, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and reaching are required. Lifting 0-40lbs or more if required. These positions work in a cold, hot, wet, and slippery environment. Positions rotate throughout the department. Applicants will be considered for openings in any department that may include, but not limited to Evisceration and Further Processing Department. Monday-Friday Hours : Day Shift 1st process- 06:00am-2:30pm 2nd process- 07:50am-04:15pm. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Certain roles at Tyson require background checks. Requirements
