General Production - B Shift (Storm Lake Pork)
About The Position
This position is responsible for performing entry-level, non-skilled general labor tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to 3 times of employment. - Must be able and willing to work a schedule that may include Monday through Saturday, based on production and operational needs.
- Must be able and willing to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach throughout the work shift.
- Must be able and willing to lift materials and products as required by the assigned work area; lifting requirements vary by department.
- Must be able and willing to work in cold, damp, hot, and/or humid environments.
- Must be able and willing to walk and work on potentially slippery surfaces.
- Must be able and willing to perform physical labor for the duration of the assigned shift.
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
