About The Position
Conagra Brands is seeking individuals for their Conagra Plant in Fayetteville, AR, to produce products like Hungry Man, Gardein, and Evol. This role reports to the Team Lead and involves monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure continuous operation. The plant has over 500 associates. Requirements
- Lifting boxes of up to 40 pounds.
- Climbing stairs.
- Using hands to move things.
- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
Responsibilities
- Operate all different machines and equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure continuous production flow.
- Supply the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
- Perform product checks to ensure quality for consumers.
- Collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
- Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
