Requirements

Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist with paper production and finishing activities as directed by operators or supervisors.
Move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility.
Load, unload, stack, and stage materials for production and shipping.
Clean work areas, remove debris, and support overall plant housekeeping.
Help monitor equipment and report mechanical issues, jams, leaks, or unsafe conditions.
Support machine operators during setup, changeovers, and routine operations.
Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, and other plant safety procedures.
Use basic tools and equipment safely and correctly.
complete routine checks, logs, and production records as required.
Work collaboratively with team members across shifts and departments.
Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
