ITW is hiring production team members for assembler, coil winder, and material handler roles. Employees are expected to be reliable, self-motivated, communicate well, take personal accountability, and focus on safety, quality, and customer needs. Team members must be willing to cross-train and support other production tasks as needed. Assemblers assemble welding equipment, performing tasks such as engine preparation, base and front panel assembly, wiring, testing, and shipping. They rotate between tasks and may help train others. Coil winders support coil winding and related production tasks, including assembly, rotor transfer, wire alignment, testing, blocking, and cable grinding or feeding. They move wire materials and may help train others. Material handlers receive, inspect, store, and deliver materials; operate forklifts; complete shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions; support cycle counts; and maintain accurate inventory records. Physical requirements vary by role. Assemblers frequently lift, push, or pull 10–25 pounds and occasionally handle 25–45 pounds. Coil winders occasionally push or pull 30–100 pounds and lift or carry 10–50 pounds. Both roles involve standing, repetitive hand use, reaching, and walking, with standing for up to 12 hours per day. Material handlers stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds; approximately 25–40% of the role involves computer and handheld scanner use. Assemblers and coil winders must be willing to work flexible shifts during peak production and overtime as required, including up to 12-hour days and weekends. Specific schedules will be discussed during the hiring process. ITW is an equal opportunity employer committed to fair treatment throughout hiring and employment. Qualified applicants receive consideration without regard to legally protected characteristics.
