About The Position

This position is for general production employees at Pack Logix. The work schedule is Monday-Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, or until work is completed. The role involves various tasks related to packing and quality control of products.

Requirements

Read and understand Work Orders
Ensure quality thorough entire production run
Perform line meetings
Completely understand all paperwork and fill out properly
Properly turn on machine and/or open valves
Know how to adjust weights on machine
Set up date code
Changing labels (Line specific)
Printing Labels (Work order specific)
Effectively communicate to management
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Able to run 2 of simple machines

Responsibilities

Seal/Date code, Pallet Sheets, & Label Verification
Packing and stacking quality approved bottles and cartons
Looking for Oily bottles & cartons
Weight consistency (Hand packing)
Damaged cartons
Filling of bottle hoppers (Line specific)
Understanding more paperwork (Weight sheet, Production sheet, Line Set Up Sheet)
Able to run 2 of simple machines
