About The Position

This position is responsible for entry-level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role involves pushing, pulling, carrying, and/or lifting up to 50 pounds, working in damp, cold or hot environments, and reaching above shoulder level. Candidates must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day on hard surfaces, perform repetitive motions, and climb stairs. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including frocks, gloves, ear protection, hair nets, and beard guards must be worn. Certain roles may involve the use of knives, scissors, or powered equipment like saws or skinner machines. All applicants must provide their Social Security Number to complete the application review process. Background checks may be required for certain roles.
