About The Position

Dana Canada Corporation, Mount Forest plant is looking for team members to join our production facility building Thermal Products for Engine Transmission Oil Cooling, Charged Air Cooling and active warm-up applications. Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains. Serving two primary markets – passenger vehicle and commercial truck – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Some previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Able to make Safety and Quality their number one priority
• Good attention to detail
• Good visual acuity and inspection skills
• Work well in a close team environment

Responsibilities

• Work in the following conditions: Job duties require continuous standing, walking, handling, and reaching
• Repetition of tasks and duties
• Excellent manual dexterity and handwork
• Lifting between 5-15 lbs. sometimes continuously
• Working safely at all times and within customer quality specifications
