About The Position

This is a union position where shifts are determined by seniority. All employees are required to rely on a lead to set up and adjust equipment, abide by safety policies, operator preventative maintenance and housekeeping practices, ensure the quality specifications of the product, accurately complete process and quality documentation, communicate respectfully with others, and work with limited supervision. There is an opportunity to move up to higher paying labor positions.

Requirements

• Ability to rely on a lead to set up and adjust equipment.
• Adherence to safety policies, operator preventative maintenance, and housekeeping practices.
• Capability to ensure product quality specifications.
• Proficiency in accurately completing process and quality documentation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, etc.).
