This role is responsible for operating the Model K machine, ensuring dough pieces meet specific weight and size requirements, and flow correctly into the overhead system. Must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record information applicable to the job.
Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

Responsibilities

Operates Model K machine, ensuring dough pieces are correct weight and size and flow into overhead correctly.
Sets up all equipment according to established standards (guides, cutters, speed, weight, etc.).
Ensures dough pieces are proper size and weight according to standards.
Ensures proper sheeting, molding and panning per production standards.
Sets speed on dough-flo per production standards.
Maintains cleanliness of work area.
Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures including safety and work rules, etc.
Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
