About The Position

This role is a main contributor to the daily manufacturing requirements and output for the facility. Provides general labor support to the team within the department. The team member is also required to follow all the health & safety rules, regulations, and initiatives in the area that he/she is assigned to.

Requirements

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for the role.
• Ability to use heavy power manual tools, including a jack hammer.
• Ability to communicate equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.
• Ability to build molds for future needs of box department.
• Ability to assist with concrete finishing duties, such as repairing/patching concrete pipes and boxes.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED desirable but not required.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety guidelines and procedures set for this role.
• Always wears the proper PPE and follows the PPE Guidelines.
• Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or tools if he/she has not been trained to operate.
• Follows the production/batch plan according to the daily production plan.
• Uses heavy power manual tools, including a jack hammer.
• Communicates equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.
• Responsible for building molds for future needs of box department
• Assists with the concrete finishing duties, when necessary, such as repairing /patching concrete pipes and boxes.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Department Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or a member of the Management Team.
