About The Position

This position is responsible for entry-level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position could work in any area of the Fresh Processing including the DSI, Debone, Deli lines, and Evisceration. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

Must provide government identification number for verification of previous Tyson employment history.
Must be willing to work in damp, cold, or hot environments.
Must be able to reach above shoulder level.
Must be able to stand 8-10 hours a day on hard surfaces.
Must be able to perform repetitive motion.
Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from the work areas.
Must wear PPE, frocks, gloves, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
Applicants who have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times are not eligible for rehire.
This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.

Wear PPE, frocks, gloves, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
Use of a knife and or scissors to bone out or trim pieces of product.
Use of powered equipment such as saws or skinner machines.
