About The Position

At our Fayetteville, AR Conagra Plant, we're producing Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 500 associates. Schedule: Monday - Thursday and occasional Friday's, as needed| 10-hour shifts | Start times vary between 6:30 – 4:30pm - depending on the department or line they're supporting.

Requirements

Physical position requiring lifting boxes of up to 40 pounds, climbing stairs and using hands to move things.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy.
Overtime may be needed to ensure we fulfill production demand.
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
Ability to work in high noise levels and varying temperatures.

Power jack and forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities
