About The Position

Animal Clinic Northview is seeking a General Practice Veterinarian to provide high-quality primary care to patients and collaborate with their advanced care and emergency teams. This AAHA-accredited hospital, founded in 1977, is known for exceptional, comprehensive, and compassionate care. The recently expanded 36,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic technology, including digital radiography, ultrasonography, a CT scanner, endoscopy, laparoscopy, a complete surgical suite, an in-house laboratory and pharmacy, and a full rehabilitation center. The role offers support and mentorship for new clinical skills and interests, and new graduates are encouraged to apply. GPs at Northview have the opportunity to manage complex cases and perform surgery, supported by a 24-hour facility and ICU.

Requirements

DVM, VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school.
Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Ohio.
Proficient in a broad range of general practice skills, including wellness exams, vaccinations, diagnostics, medical management, surgery, and client education.
Comfortable managing a diverse caseload of both routine and complex cases.
Clear communicator, able to explain treatment options and medical recommendations effectively to clients.
Team-oriented.
